 I managed to increase the master volume by setting output.green05 to '198,1=
 98'.
 So now I can hear sound coming out of the speakers!
 I am trying to play a CD but can't hear anything even if I increase
 all volumes to '198' or '198,198'. Anything special with the CD, Kent?
