I re-issued this proposal to tech-userlevel, where it was shot down.  The
general consensus is that we do not with to add an additional link for
different arguments of a command.  I consider this change to be closed 
therefore.  If you wish to chapion the cause yourself, please do so on
tech-userlevel.  If you make any headway on it I will gladly re-open this
PR for you. (and implement, given consensus)
