>Description:
Using the get-lease-hostnames option in dhcpd.conf doesn't make dhcpd
use the DNS hostname as the DHCP hostname given to the client.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Write use-host-decl-names off; get-lease-hostnames on; in dhcpd.conf.
Make a client obtain a lease.
	Inspect the client's hostname.
	Insect DHCP source.
>Fix:
	/usr/src/dist/dhcp/server/dhcp.c:2492
	Change server_universe to dhcp_iniverse.
