Synopsis: i386 sysinst trashed boot blocks when told to leave them alone

This was almost certainly caused by disklabel (not sysinst) writing the
start of the mbr to the pbr and/or deleting the pbr boot code.
This is fixed in current, and covered by a different PR whose number escapes me.
