The aumac controllers (since at least the Au1100, and possibly also on the Au1000) support VLAN MTUs and have a special feature to flag VLAN matching packets on rx.

We should enable this feature so that others can use the VLAN feature with these devices.

Unfortunately, I don't have a VLAN capable switch myself, so I can't easily test.  I don't need this feature right now, I just want to file this PR to track it as a known limitation.
