No.
After receiving your e-mail, I did a test to build userland using  
generic kernel (NetBSD 2.0.2 release).
I did not see any panic.
But I still see a message in /var/log/messages:
"/netbsd: Warning: received processor correctable error.",
probably we can ignore it.

So, I think we can close kern/27139.
