I would suggest that we instead dump the in-tree openssh/openssl completely
and ask the pkgsrc folks to kindly provide a sane build environment - the
current reachover stuff seems to be unmaintained, not understood by anyone
anymore and contains lots of bad local hacks. See lib/28935 for another
example.
