I see that src/usr.bin/login/login.c revision 1.70 commit message says:
disallow users from alter log file entries by using "login foo".
from xs@kittenz.org
itojun added a "nested" setting.
Maybe the man page for login and/or w should be fixed.
w(1) says "prints a summary of the current activity".
"current" does not seem true in this case.
utmp(5) is for recording "current users". wtmp is for "logins".
What is correct behaviour? What do other systems do?
