Yes, and note that he did not include tcp_wrappers in Postfix. As one
of the maintainers of Postfix in NetBSD, I'm unlikely to accept the
patch. If you feel there is functionality missing in Postfix, persuade
Wietse to add it directly to postfix. Personally, I see no purpose in
it at all.
