2.0 netbsd i386
>Description:
pandemonium.tiscali.de (Frankfurt, Germany) is a very fast and powerful NetBSD ftp Mirror for Germany. It should become primary Mirror with ftp.de.netbsd.org as CNAME pandemonium.tiscali.de
aslong ftp.leo.org is out of service (hard disk failure).
downloading from pandemonium delivered 90 Mbit/s (9000 KB/s) constantly
Currently ftp.de.netbsd.org points to ftp4.de.netbsd.org (that's ok)
but please give Pandemonium a name like
ftp*.de.netbsd.org
Please change the Order of the Mirror, when done, from last entry to first entry in the Mirror List. (http://www.netbsd.org/mirrors/#ftp)

It also makes sense to create ftp5.de. which will point to CNAME ftp.join.uni-muenster.de

In the same way please remove ftp.netbsd.uni-mainz.de from the Mirror List, because that Adress doesn't exist anymore (could not resolve) and ftp.uni-mainz.de doesn't seem to Mirror NetBSD anymore.

The point is to get rid of Mirror Names other than ftp*.*.netbsd.org, because, no one is remembering such names and because of that, noone is using such mirrors. Another Side Effect is, if the mirror Address changes (like former ftp.netbsd.uni-mainz.de) it's easier to point that A Record to another IP, without changing the Mirror List. (it's easier to maintain).

>How-To-Repeat:
try to connect to ftp.netbsd.uni-mainz.de

>Fix:
give/create CNAME entries for all the Mirrors in General instead of maintaining different (changing) Adresses of the Mirrors.
