For call-by-call internet connections via ISDN, it would be good
to have more than one remote side to choose from.

Even better would be to have e.g. time-specific phone numbers, e.g.
for cheaper day or night tariffs (depending on the phone number).

Try to use more than one Internet provider with ISDN.

but isdnd support for this would definitely be nicer.
