	Using "poweroff" (or any variant that causes automatic power-down
	of the laptop leaves it in a state where it will not power up properly.
	To recover, I must remove all power (line and battery).  Linux does
	not have this problem.  Using "halt" and then powering off via the
	power button works around this problem.
