right. The pxeboot(8i386) manpage is more precise about this,
but in parts i386 specific, as far as the first stages are concerned.

Your patch is helpful; looking at the diskless(8) manpage I find
that at least the BOOTP/DHCP part in the "phase 2" section is
confusing or even wrong too -- the kernel is loaded through NFS
in most cases afaict.
Do you have time and energy to review the whole manpage?
