It seems we're missing man pages for many of the wide character
versions of string functions.  To resolve this we can adapt the text
from the narrow character versions, or we can add the prototype for
the wide version to the existing manpage.  It's probably best to be
consistant.

FWIW, the SUSv3 specification has separate manpages for the wide char
versions that summarize the function but mostly refer to the narrow
versions manpages
