Synopsis: shouldn't last(1) behave like w(1) and resolve IPs?

State-Changed-Why:
last uses the ut_host field, which some programs used to put IP addresses
there if the hostname would not fit because it would be truncated. These
days, we use utmpx and the size of the hostname field is large enough.
Those programs that used to stick IP addresses there, don't anymore and
the -n flag looks at the additional sockaddr field to print the information
numerically which did not exist before.
