I've just closed out this PR, since after my rollup commit a few days ago 
the userland LFS tools no longer need an Ifile in the namespace (and 
newfs_lfs no longer puts it in the namespace).  It's only on the trunk 
though, it won't show up on the netbsd-2 branch until some time later, 
depending on how much time I have to prepare patches.  If you'd like me to 
reopen the PR in "feedback" state until the release branch is patched, let 
me know and I'll do that.
