During installation, I choosed German as the installation Language and choosed German de for my Keyboard Layout / Keymap.
Also setup Network via extras. Before finishing the installation, sysinst asks me, if it should use the made Values in /etc/. I agreed with this.
After rebooting the following Message appears:

...
wsconsctl: German: not a valid encoding
starting syslogd
...

The Keymap is still us-english.
Everything else works fine.
