When obtaining an IP address via DHCP (on boot, from cable modem):

tlp0: transmit process failed to idle: state RUNNING - FETCH

This happened with 1.6.1 to NetBSD 2.0_RC2.

Set up dhclient to run on boot. Or lose the carrier, reconnect, and attempt to use dhclient without first removing the device and killing dhclient.

>Fix:

Remove device. Kill dhclient. Restart cable modem. Reattach device. Start dhclient.
