>Description:
It is possible to overwrite the openfirmware version 2.0.3 contrary to what the MacPPC documentation says (which says version 3 is overwriteable). So it should be changed saying that lower versions such as 2.0.3 is overwriteable on some computers (the one I overwrote was version 2.0.3 on a Performa 5500/225).
Regards
>How-To-Repeat:
(Warning this repetition will definitivly overwrite your OFW 2.0.3 on Performa 5500/225)
setenv real-base F0000000
setenv load-base 60000000
boot fd:,ofwboot.xcf
>Fix:
Avoid playing around in sensitive stuff and follow the docs precisly =)
