"telnetd -u" now produces a message "-u option unneeded". It appears that the functionality we were using it for, namely "-u0" to always log incoming clients by IP address in lastlog, has been removed from NetBSD.

We prefer to log by IP address since it is simpler and reverse DNS can change after the fact. Please put -u0 back into telnetd.

Also, the telnetd man page and the usage message in the telnetd
binary still refer to the "-u" option.
