NetBSD Dell 2.0_RC2 NetBSD 2.0_RC2 (Dell) #0: Sat Oct 2 23:46:21 CEST 2004 hramrach@Dell:/scratch/obj/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/Dell i386
>Description:
When the 3c589 card is in use (up and there is some traffic) and the system is suspended, it either locks up during suspend or it won't resume until the card is ejected.
I tried two different 3c589 variants and both behave the same, however the XI-626 card does not lock up the system nor does 3c589 with Linux kernel.
The machine is a Dell CPx (PIII).
>How-To-Repeat:
suspend and resume while pinging through the nic
>Fix:
A workaround is to eject the card.
