/usr/bin/file always returns this error message.

I think this issue should be fixed asap, as file seems to be used in quite
a lot of scripts in pkgsrc, but until now I didn't have problems compiling.
But as I don't compile much on my sparc64, I'm not sure if it's a problem
or not.
