After changes in amd(8) maps, stopping and restarting amd, as
the rc.d script implements it, often leads to fs
deadlocks. The remote-control frontend amq(8) has an '-f' switch for
reloading all maps, but the rc.d script doesn't know about

[hauke@pizza] /<3%etc/amd # /etc/rc.d/amd reload
/etc/rc.d/amd: unknown directive 'reload'.
Usage: /etc/rc.d/amd [fast|force|one](start stop restart rcvar status poll)
[hauke@pizza] /<3%etc/amd #

Add a 'reload' option to rc.d/amd, using 'amq -f'.
