NetBSD chimay.fievez.prv 2.0_BETA NetBSD 2.0_BETA (CHIMAY-$Revision: 1.0 $) #0: Tue Jul 13 19:46:17 CEST 2004 root@chimay.fievez.prv:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/CHIMAY20040713 i386
When i try to access files on my file server, i often have problem with transfer rate : ~ 4 KB/s on a 100 mbits link.
Same hardware work fine on linux and freebsd. I tried differents networks card and the problem is always the same (sis900 - rtl8139 - via rhine 2). No problem with wire. The mtu is right 1500 on all interfaces. No messages in dmesg. So i think it's a software bug.
Software used are built-in ftpd, nfsd, samba so i think it's not the file sharing software.
It arrive likely each time i try to access a file.
