Never wear your best pants when you go to fight for freedom.
System: NetBSD sanctum 1.6ZK NetBSD 1.6ZK (SANCTUM) #0: Sat Feb 21 02:26:05 PST 2004 root@sanctum:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/SANCTUM i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
If pkg_tarup is the first package you install, the subdirectories
under /usr/pkg do not get created. The package installs, but it
	creates a file /usr/pkg/bin instead of a directory /usr/pkg/bin
	containing other files.
On a system without any packages installed, install pkg_tarup from
pkgsrc (not from a binary package).
Not sure how to fix this one.
