GNATS should get rid of the 'Confidential' field. If you really have
information which should be handled confidentially, you don't want to
send it there. An encrypted mail to the security-officer(?) or the
core members would be much more appropriate, IMHO. Especially, since
the weird bug as shown above hasn't been fixed in quite a while.
