mail/mutt was recently upgraded due to a security issue, and was bl3ify'd
at about the same time. Unfortunately, security/cyrus-sasl has not been
bl3ify'd, and mutt won't build if USE_SASL is defined because of this.

$ cd .../pkgsrc/mail/mutt
$ make USE_SASL=YES
