chat/dircproxy startup script contains "-p" option to specify
it's pidfile. even if the option is listed when you do
	     dircproxy -h, it's not accepted

	       cd chat/dircproxy
	       make install
	       /usr/pkg/etc/rc.d/dircproxy start

	       /usr/pkg/bin/dircproxy: illegal option -- p
/usr/pkg/bin/dircproxy: Try '/usr/pkg/bin/dircproxy --help' for more

change the option to --pid-file= in rc.d script
