	The default values of DESTDIR for build.sh and pkgsrc are different.
	Build.sh uses /usr/src/obj, but pkgsrc uses /.  However, both use
	the same "DESTDIR" name in /etc/mk.conf and this causes conflicts
	when a user try to specify his/her own DESTDIR.

	It is possible to solve this problem using BSD_PKG_MK makefile macro
	in /etc/mk.conf, but this macro is for differentiating the environment
	for pkgsrc on BSD from other OS, not for differentiating the
	environment for pkgsrc from build.sh.

	for pkgsrc from build.sh.

	I got this idea from the Q&A on current-users ML at Oct 29.  If
	there are another solution for this problem and my above request
