print/xpdf is at 2.02pl11, but upstream is at 2.03.  The distfile for
the pkgsrc version is hard to get; I gave up and updated the pkg
rather than let it try 100 sites.

$ cd /usr/pkgsrc/print/xpdf && make package
observe losage or getting an old version

Apply patch (tested on netbsd 1.6.1-stable/i386):
