There are two files at http://www.creson.com/~tor/netbsd/pkgsrc/: dcgui-qt.pkgsrc.tar.gz and
dclib.pkgsrc.tar.gz.

dclib contains dc4linux libs version 0.2.20
dcgui-qt contains dc4linux gui version 0.2.20

They should be unpacked in pkgsrc/net. 

Also the binaries are in the same directory as the two packages.
