>Description:
Newer versions of "mono" ( http://www.go-mono.org/ ), an open-souce
implementation of the MS .Net platform, are using the ISO C99 "signbit"
macro. In order to keep the mono pkg up to date without much hassle this
macro is needed.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
Unknown. FreeBSD > 5.1 has the macro. Maybe we could "just" port it?
