NetBSD 1.6.1 NetBSD 1.6.1 (GENERIC) #0: Tue Apr 8 12:05:52 UTC 2003 autobuild@tgm.daemon.org:/autobuild/netbsd-1-6/i386/OBJ/autobuild/netbsd-1-6/src/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
I have a 40GB IDE hard drive. It is divided up into 4 primary partitions of about 9.3GB each. When I am installing NetBSD into one of the partitions if I select the Standard + X partitioning (which results in about 500M for a - /, 1000M for b - swap, and the remainder of about 8000M for e - /usr, it installs with no trouble. However, if I select Standard + X and then change partition e to 4096M and partition f to the remainder, I get a segmentation fault when it is unpacking misc.tgz. I have repeated this several times in different primary partitions. I believe that I had the same problem when I did a Custom partition set up.

>How-To-Repeat:
Select Standard + X and then change partition e to 4096M and partition f to the remainder of the Primary partition.
