Maybe the MESSAGE (+DISPLAY) could mention that it takes a long time and
suggests use of the -v switch (which adds some verbosity).

Also, the latest CVS code of fontconfig/fc-cache/fc-cache.1 has an updated
manual page with explanation of switches.

(By the way, why does it use old fcpackage.2_1 source?)
