>Description:
The gpasm-0.9.7 is distributed in NetBSD. gpasm is an old package. The last version, 0.9.14, was generated in October of 2001. If you follow the link on:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc/devel/gpasm/README.html

to:

http://gpasm.sourceforge.net/

You will find that gpasm is now distributed as part of the gputils package <http://gputils.sourceforge.net>. The new package has many fixes and many new tools.

I was the maintainer of gpasm and am now the maintainer of gputils. I have many users that don't know they should be using the gputils package. Please remove the gpasm package and distribute gputils instead.

Thank you.
