>Description:

while rebuilding all packages on a freshly upgraded -current box abiword
fails to build because of some dubious checks for libiconv it makes, and
pkgsrc tries to use native libiconv on netbsd if it is there.. this causes
the test to fail. (i don't know whether or not abiword is happy with our
	libiconv or not.)

>How-To-Repeat:

	build editors/abiword on -current.

>Fix:

fix the configure test for broken/old libiconv... or set USE_GNU_ICONV maybe?
