kdevelop says it can not generate documentaion because of missing sgml-tools.

Install NetBSD1.6.1 with pkgsrc-current. Install kde3 package.
Open kdevelop, select "Project/New..." and choose a KDE-type template in the wizard. When selecting create, you
get the message about missing tools.
