It you can reproduce this, maybe try to enter the in-kernel debugger:
ctrl-alt-esc

This is a message from the BIOS. Did you disable virus detection in the BIOS ?
Did install by creating a MBR partition, or by choosing the "dangerously
dedicated" whole disk installation ?

Try to boot from floppy, and at the boot prompt, type
boot hd0a:netbsd
You can also try to boot from a dos floppy, and type fdisk /mbr
This will reinstall a boot sector from M$, which the BIOS may like better
(this of course if you installed NetBSD inside a MBR-style partition).
