	Right now, the NetBSD GNATS PR database is rsync'd every
	two hours from gnats.netbsd.org to www.netbsd.org. This is too slow.

	We should set up a web server on gnats.netbsd.org which can serve up
	the GNATS database directly. This may involve setting up
	a separate server to move GNATS off of the NetBSD mail server.
