when apache 1.3.27 accesses file which have been overwritten via ftp before, kernel will panic with error message:
fatal kernel trap:

    trap entry = 0x2 (memory management fault)
    a0         = 0x70
    a1         = 0x1
    a2         = 0x0
    pc         = 0xfffffc000057b9e8
    ra         = 0xfffffc000057b854
    curproc    = 0xfffffc0006fd7b88
        pid = 226, comm = httpd
describe a similar problem, i think.

transfer a file via ftp and access it from web browser, then overwrite file with new content, same name and access the file from web browser again.
i don't have a fix at this time
