Navigate to the /usr/pkgsrc/devel/pg-BSD-Resouce directory.
type make and the following appears:

Makefile out-of-date with respect to /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-netbsd/ /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-netbsd/CORE/config.h
Cleaning current config before rebuilding Makefile...
make -f Makefile.old clean > /dev/null 2>&1 || /bin/sh -c true
/usr/pkg/bin/perl Makefile.PL

Configuring BSD::Resource...

Checking whether you have certain header files...
(trying first the CC from your environment)
You do have <sys/resource.h>.  Excellent.
Checking to see whether you have rlim_t...
You seem to have rlim_t defined (which is nice).

Looking for libraries...
Note: it is ok if none of the libraries '-lucb -lbsd' is found.

Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
Note (probably harmless): No library found for -lucb
Note (probably harmless): No library found for -lbsd
Writing Makefile for BSD::Resource

Done configuring BSD::Resource.

Now you may issue 'make'. Do not forget also 'make test'.
