docs.real.com is bunk; the distfile for ra-rtsp-proxy is gone (and the
alternate DOWNLOAD link in the pkg is also bunk).

Someone mirrored it; see below.  Note that there is an (older) file with
the same name but different checksum; the following is the only mirror I
could find that actually had the 1.0.0.0a version with correct checksum.
