System: NetBSD arundel.fortyfour.org 1.6Q NetBSD 1.6Q (ARUNDEL) #1: Thu Apr 3 08:26:31 EST 2003 kwellsch@arundel.fortyfour.org:/sys/arch/i386/compile/ARUNDEL i386

>Description:
Building usr.bin/file presumes ${MKMAGIC} will be defined.
Looking in the mk files, I see it defined when using TOOLS.
>How-To-Repeat:
Have USETOOLS=never set I would guess.
>Fix:
Define ${MKMAGIC} to use existing file, or the just built
obj/file, to create the necessary share files.
