I have upgraded our package of dillo to version 0.7.1.2. It has
several major enhancements including IPv6 support. The threaded DNS
seems to work properly (previously it would lock up under BSD).
file:// support works, as does the bookmark editor. Dillo no longer
requires patch files to compile.
