Ssh2 client randomly hangs. This happend when ssh2 is run in xterm and
large file is cat'ed. Gdb shows that ssh2 sits in select that never returns.

I tested this with 87KB test file and ssh2 usually hangs on the 4th or 5th cat.

When ssh2 is run from the text-vc there is no hanging.
