	The functions sighold, sifignore, sigpause, sigrelse and sigset
	are not in the netbsd libc.
	They are, however, part of posix, see:
	http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/007904975/functions/sigset.html
	Since sigaction is implemented, and these functions can all
	be implemented in terms of sigaction, they ought to be
	added to libc.
