>Description:
The p5-TimeDate package in pkgsrc is at version 1.10 and 1.14 is the latest version available from CPAN.

This causes problems with newer versions of RT (eg. v2.0.15)

make testdeps for RT returns:
...
Checking for Apache::Session 1.53 ...found
Checking for Date::Parse...found
Using an array as a reference is deprecated at /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.

>How-To-Repeat:
untar the latest version of RT and run "make testdeps".
