Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
Playing audio with audioplay and ogg123 on a Compaq Presario 700 using
GENERIC kernel just repeats.

The sound quality seems good, but it repeats the same 1-2 seconds over and
over. So you can't listen to entire sound file.

This is i386 1.5.3:

auvia0 at pci0 dev 7 function 5: VIA VT82C686A AC'97 Audio (rev 0x50)
auvia0: interrupting at irq 5
auvia0: ADS99 codec; headphone, Analog Devices Phat Stereo
audio0 at auvia0: full duplex, mmap, independent

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to play sound with Compaq Presario 700 auvia i386 with 1.5.3
>Fix:
I haven't tested 1.6 or -current with this.
I have not tested using a laptop kernel.
Maybe newer 1.6 auvia code could be moved to the 1-5 branch.
