	After updating pth to 1.4.1nb3, xmms gets stuck after drawing it's
	initial window. This seems like a re-surface of pkg/17878.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Update pth to 1.4.1nb3, build xmms, and try to start it.
>Fix:
	The workaround suggested in pkg/17878 (setting CPPFLAGS to
	-D=POSIX_THREAD_SYSCALL_SOFT=1 before compiling) seems to work,
	although at reduced performance.
