>Description:
x11/kdelibs2 does not list audio/arts as a conflicting package, while they
register the same files. (Notably arts header files, libaries and support
programs, since an earlier version of arts is part of x11/libkde2). This
leads to a corrupt installation if arts is installed during installation of
kde3, kdelibs2 is installed (because kde3 does not compile) and arts is
removed (because it seems stale, having no packages depend on it).

audio/arts does list x11/kdelibs2 as a conflicting package

>How-To-Repeat:
Observation (Or if you insist: Install audio/arts, install x11/kdelibs2,
delete audio/arts, and watch x11/kdelibs2 become crippled)
>Fix:
List audio/arts as a conflicting package for x11/kdelibs2
